Since 2007, we have advised private and public companies on growth strategy, capital planning, corporate development and operational management.

Birch First is led by Pier Bjorklund, Founder, President and Chief Strategist, who brings more than 25 years of experience working with start-ups, emerging growth companies and established businesses.

His experience spans banking and finance, biotech, consumer products, cybersecurity, data analytics, energy, hospitality and technology, with a focus on corporate strategy, capital planning, business development, M&A and operational execution.

Since founding Birch First in 2007, Mr. Bjorklund has advised private and public companies on growth initiatives, strategic transactions, market expansion and organizational development. His approach combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, helping companies navigate opportunities, challenges and periods of growth.

Under his leadership, Birch First has developed relationships and participated in projects across the United States and internationally, bringing together strategy, capital, operations and business development to support long-term growth.
