CBD Pharma Group Inc. plans to produce hemp from a number of farms in the U.S.. We have developed a sustainable business model to grow crops and produce CBD crude, distillate and isolate. We plan to cultivate hemp and through a proprietary processing and extraction process distill CBD oil.
We plan to initially cultivate Hemp based in farms in Central California. We will have the capacity to process our own hemp but also service other hemp farmers. We will leverage our organic agriculture industry experience and existing logistics. We will act as a broker for other hemp farmers and we will plan to contract other farmers to grow hemp for us at predetermined prices.
From “seed to farm to sale,” CBD Pharma Group Inc. will control our own destiny by controlling our hemp and hemp-derived CBD ecosystem. We intend to oversee and execute everything from growing and cultivating the highest quality plants to managing extraction and production of our products. We plan to establish and enter into management agreements with our partners and as a broker of hemp products processed by our contractors.
