Pretio Mining Group, Inc. (“Pretio”) is a U.S. Delaware corporation engaged in the exploration and development of precious metals in North America.
Pretio is majority owned by Pretio Global Mining Inc., a US Virgin Island exempt company (“Pretio Global”). Both Pretio and Pretio Global have secured a joint venture with mining partner of Zyrox Mining Company, Ltd., a British Columbia, Canada corporation (“Zyrox”).
Zyrox owns title to ninety-one (91) mineral claims covering approximately nine (9) square miles of undeveloped land in the northern part of Texada Island, British Columbia. This area contains some of the richest concentrations of gold, silver, copper, iron ore, limestone and other rare earths and precious metals in western Canada.
